如何创建优秀的初中英语教师团队 第3篇

一、有明确的目标

没有目标, 团队也就失去了其存在的意义。我们英语教师团队的目标是什么?笔者认为应该是个人和团队的共同发展。个人为团队的提升奋力拼搏, 团队为个人的提升创造空间。

二、有优秀的队员

什么是优秀的队员?回答这个问题前, 先来看看《西游记》中唐僧师徒的取经团队。笔者认为这是一个成功的团队。因为他们有明确的目标, 并且经过所有成员的共同努力, 最终达成了目标。而且这些队员都流芳百世, 为后人所传颂。然而有人认为:这个团队的成员要么个性鲜明 (如悟空) , 优点或缺点过于突出 (如八戒) , 实在难以管理;要么缺乏主见 (如唐僧) , 默默无闻 (如沙僧) , 过于平庸。但是, 正是这些人、猴、猪、马“个性”突出的典型“人物”组合在一起, 克服了种种困难, 最终完成任务, 取回了真经!

三、有计划有修正

凡事预则立, 不预则废。一个团队, 要实现奋斗目标, 制订计划是必须的。事实上, 每一个备课组和教研组, 在期初的时候, 都会制订计划, 以期达到搞好新学期的英语教学教研工作。我们会统一教学内容、统一教学要求、统一教学进度、统一对学生的学习情况进行检测、统一教辅资料, 等等。不过有计划, 有统一, 还要有修正, 遇到具体情况具体处理。特别是我们教师, 工作的对象是学生, 每一届、每一年、每一个学生都在变化, 更何况预期的和实际的情况总有差异, 所以我们的计划更需要修正。

四、有团队精神

这是团队的精髓所在。没有团队精神的团队, 就如同没有灵魂的行尸走肉。有了团队精神, 团队才有优秀可言。

团队精神之一:精准定位, 履行职责。

前面提到的“西游团队”, 其实真的不能小看他们, 他们成员有:齐天大圣孙悟空、天蓬元帅猪悟能、卷帘大将沙悟净、西海龙王三太子白龙马。可谓卧虎藏龙。但是他们在“西游团队”中, 只是徒儿, 只是坐骑, 一心护主、一心取经。由此可见, 我们在团队中要明确自己的位置和职责。我是英语教师, 我就教英语, 实实在在地教好自己所带的班;我是备课组长, 就要履行备课组长的职责, 想办法带好这个年级的英语教学;我是教研组长, 就要尽力统筹整个教研组, 发现问题, 解决问题。当教育回归至课堂, 越朴实, 越真实, 越有魅力;当教研组成员各尽其责, 越守本分, 越到位, 越有团队凝聚力。

团队精神之二:团结协作, 共同发展。

1.资源共享, 智慧传承。智慧共享、资源共享是教研组的最大优势。我们教研组第一令我感动的是四年前的两个寒暑假, 五位骨干教师, 不畏严寒, 不惧酷暑, 不计报酬, 不论得失, 分工编撰了初一至初三所有的教案、课件和学案。虽然今天看来, 当时还有很多不成熟的地方, 但是在资料搜集整合和共享方面, 有了很多宝贵的经验, 并且由此带动了备课组自发性地利用假期提前进行集体备课, 进而分享成果。通过这样的共享, 不仅提升了参与编撰的教师们的自身能力, 更提升了教研组的整体素质和教育教学水平。

2.师徒结对, 优势互补。通常师徒结对, 是指新教师和老教师结对, 工作重点立足于老教师对新教师的全方位帮助和指导。比如:开展经常性的相互听课 (我校要求每学期不少于30节) 并及时交换意见, 共同研究汇报课的教学设计, 等等。

3.共性个性统一并存。在教研组中, 教师们统一思想、统一行动, 有利于各年级备课组教学的整体推进。但是, 在坚持统一的基础上, 不同的教师根据学情的差异、教师自身的教学风格, 可以进行个性化教学。因此, 合中有分、分中有合是教研组各成员共存的最佳状态。

4.个人与团队共同发展。我们教研组第二令我感动的是:这是一个团结协作、积极进取的战斗集体。举例来说, 如果有教师参加评课选优比赛, 通常我们是这样进行协助的:参赛教师先设计教学思路, 然后全组的教师就该教师的设计思路提出改进建议, 供其参考和修改;接着, 参赛教师在自己校内借班试上, 全组教师听课;听后我们组织全组评议, 参赛教师做二次修正, 其他教师给出意见和建议;只要时间允许, 就进行二次试上, 并且再作修正, 如果时间有限, 就组织组内比较资深的老师再次把关或作相关修正。

在初中英语作文创作中,要想让学生创作好文章,首先必须让他们按原意写,要求学生掌握必要的词汇、固定搭配等,掌握词汇是作文基础。在日常英语教育教学中或者课外阅读中,教师一定要培养学生积累词汇的习惯,在词汇积累上需要重点储存才会有质的表达。目前,很多初中生眼高手低,在英语写作中,他们纵然有很好的写作思路,但由于词汇量不足,总是词不达意。词汇的积累要讲究方法,使用频率较低的词没有必要花费太多的时间,对于常使用的词汇或者短语要做到理解、记忆和扎实掌握。比如:as soon as ;be proud of;different from;from now on;take one’s time;deal with 等。
