七年级英语期末试卷总分100分。

测试时间120分钟。由听力，英语知识应用(单项选择，完型填空)，阅读理解，写作组成。

本次考试参考人数为279人，最高分为87分，及格人数22人。难易适中。

二、答题情况分析

本试卷难度不大。主要失分在听力，完形填空，写作部分。现将各部分分析如下: 1.听力

总分25分，最高分22，最低分2分，大部分学生得分在10分左右。

2.词语释义

总分5分，共5小题。最高分5，最低分0分。这个题做得较好。 3.单项选择

总分15分，共15小题。最高分14，最低分2分，大多数5分，这个题失分比较严重。 4.完形填空

总分10分，共10小题。最高分10，最低分0分，大多数5分，这个题失分也比较严重。

5.阅读理解(25分)

这是整个试卷中失分最严重的，最高分24分，只有一个人。大多数同学得8分，最差的得0分。 6.写作

共10小题，总分10分。在要求学生掌握单词的基础上，能够结合句意语境写出正确形式，具有很大的综合性，这不仅考察了学生对词汇的记忆能力，理解能力，同时也反映出了学生的语法知识及运用英语的能力。做的不够好的有第69,70，72，75题。

6.书面表达

书面表达最注重学生的综合运用能力及自主创造灵活发挥的潜能。既给了学生要点提示，又不框定所有内容，因此大多数同学本应该都能得分。但是本题也是得分率最低的一题。大部分同学只能得3分。

三、得失分情况和原因进行分析

1、听力题失分较多的是第二大题，第四大题，可以反映出学生听过材料之后进行综合分析理解的能力还是比较欠缺，第10小题问“How much are。。。?”很多同学搞不清到底怎么回答。另外在听短文填空这块，很多同学几乎不能够听出句子，主要是因为学生对单词的掌握还不够。以后要加强对学生听短文能力的培养。

2、单项选择比较简单，全面考查了本期所学语法知识和常见句型。但学生做的也比较差。同时，学生在阅读这块失分较多。第一，学生阅读习惯需要进一步培养，很多学生只是对照题目单纯去找答案，而不去认真反复地看文章，缺乏耐心。第二，部分学生只能理解文章的表面意思，不能透过现象看本质，理解出作者的言外之意，弦外之间。在仔细阅读短文基本上可以找出对应的答案，可是我们这里有很多学生宁愿睡觉也不愿动手去做，就胡乱的作几个答案。这可能与我们的学生家长对学生的学习不够重视有关。他们认为80分和20分没有区别，反正初占毕业后总会有职中来接他们去读书。在以后的教学中多加培养和训练，提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性。

3、写作题下面的用词的适当形式填空，以及汉语翻译成英语是这次学生得分率较低的一类题目，这类题目也反映出学生理解分析概括的能力非常缺乏，不会在理解题意的基础上综合运用语言概括从而得出答案。在回答问题时，同学们都看懂了课文，但得不上分，如人称的转换和第三人称单数的形式，都写不对，还有大小写问题，都说明了平时训练的少。

4、完型填空。可能因为平时课堂中缺少了相应的训练，学生根据上下文推断问题的能力有所欠缺。如何在最有限的课堂上培养学生的阅读能力始终是困饶我的问题。

5、写作大部分学生做得不够好，介绍自己和自己的朋友的基本情况，这个作文平时写过，这篇作文应该是得心应手。但是也有许多学生不写或者直接照着随便抄点就交了。因此，平时要多背、多默、多练，说明在以后的教学中我们还要一如既往地抓好基础知识。

四、今后英语改进措施

1.从此次考试的命题来看，英语教学应该立足于基本知识和技能，不能为了分数搞题海一大堆，苦海无边，反而没有效果。平时应注重对学生基本知识的灵活应用能力的培养，努力做到精益求精，事半功倍。

2. 钻研教材，在教案设计上下足工夫，提高课堂效率。平时引导学生注重基础知识的积累巩固。坚持抓45分钟，从听说读写演个方面训练学生，开拓思路，培养他们多角度，多层次思考问题，举一反三和细心观察，耐心解题的能力和心态。

3.将英语放到生活中去，只有在不断的运用中，才能将英语学扎实，学牢固。在基础知识掌握的同时，也对他们在基础知识的灵活应用方面多加指导。

4、做好防差补差的工作。我校七年级学生英语基础较差，因此补差工作尤为重要，我认为应从以下几方面着手：

1、树立自信，使每个学生都有我能学好英语的信心。

2、培养学生良好的学习习惯。

3、严格把好语音关，使学生过好拼写关。

4、对待差生，可适当降低要球。
