3、下课以后做一些适当的练习。我一直都不提倡题海战术，因为题是做不完的，而且你精做一本较好的练习册的效果比你正常做4、5本练习册的效果要好。

4、要及时复习。每一节课学习的内容如果不及时的复习，将会有所遗忘，只有及时复习所学的内容，才能真正的记住它。

5、要：“记”而不是“背”。生物作为一个半文半理的学科，要求记的内容不少，我建议大家把它们理解好、记下来，而不是死记硬背。因为死记硬背会对知识不理解，会导致在选择题方面会有较多的扣分。

6、要重视教材。各个高中发的练习册是五花八门的，而教材却是统一的。所以我们一定要经常翻阅教材，在做作业如果遇到不会的问题，应马上翻教材，查相应的知识点。

7、要认真听老师讲的题，并进行适当的记录。老师讲解的题，特别是老师慢慢讲的题，即使你对了也要认真听、认真记录。因为老师会对相关的内容进行拓展和巩固。

8、要学会“联想”和“举一反三”。一道题联想到一个相关的知识点，再联想到与这个知识点相关的内容，以便查缺补漏。举一反三是指学会一道题，从而学会一类题，这样可以大大减少做题量，提高学习效率。

什么时候我们的学习效率比较高呢？可以说，赶作业的时候学习效率高，考试之前的学习效率高，为应付课堂老师的提问，在课间十分钟突击时效率高。这是为什么？这时的学习任务具体，时间有限，完成任务与否的后果“严重”。因此，这时的注意力十分集中，学习效率就高。可是对于那些软任务，也就是完成与否老师并不追究的学习任务，如预习，复习等，不少同学就缺少积极性了。我们要认真的做好预习与复习，对老师强调的重点知识要重点复习，难点问题作好记号并及时与同学讨论向老师讨教。做到举一反三，灵活运用。而这些需要时间，我们要善于把一些零散时间合理利用起来。提高有限时间的效率，努力使自己的各科学业成绩都有所提高。

三、独立完成各科作业。

独立完成作业是最重要的，有时候一道题不会做，就放下来或者去问老师或同学。这样可能会有收获，但有些题自己想一想，再想一想很多时候会自己独立的做出来。这样的快乐是无法用语言来表达的。即使想了很久还没想出来，再去问老师或同学，这时我们的收获会更大。

四、要在学习过程中不断改进学习方法。

在获取知识和发展能力的进程中，在成功的喜悦和失败的痛苦后，同学们应该想一想自己是采用什么方法学习的，将优秀生的学习方法，老师和书本指导的学习方法进行对照，取长补短，直到找到适合自己的学习方法。

收集到的信息,需要思考。思考为什么?为什么会有这样的震撼?是什么感动了自己?在思考的过程中我们会发现,我们与周围的人有着密切而共通的联系。这些人也许就在我们身边,也许离我们很远,但他们身上体现的与人交往的品质,值得我们反复体会,细细品味。

例如:同学们往往能够体会到礼貌对自己的改变,有助于自己与周围的人友好相处,但是对礼仪的认识却感受不深。中国举办G20杭州峰会时,国家领导人习主席与各国领导人会面握手的社交礼仪,展示出来中国的风采和形象。这样同学们对礼仪的重要性也就有了新的认识,那么参加学校的各种仪式,也会注意到自己的礼节要符合礼仪的要求。

又如:徐玉玉案件中,我们为徐玉玉的遭遇感到痛心,为她年青生命的消失感到惋惜。我们也要学会反思,在这个纷繁复杂的社会中,只要我们与其他社会成员相处,就有可能会遭遇到这样极端糟糕的事件,我们该怎样看待自己的过错?怎样面对那些制造坏事的人?怎样处理那些糟心的极端坏事?而这一切都需要我们将八年级思想品德书上学到的理论知识运用起来,理性的思考冷静的处理。只有这样才会给我们的人生带来新的转机。

三.形成意识践行道德

思想品德课解决的是思想内的问题,需要更多的思考。通过学习和理解各种与他人相处的思想观点,结合收集到的各种社会现象信息进行分析后,就可以得到自己的观点。那么,再将这些观点结合自己的实际情况进行运用,在运用中体会这样的观点的优点与局限性。

一 坚持预习，掌握学习的主动性

二 充分准备，抓好上课这一关键环节

1、要提高兴趣，专心听讲，集中注意力，善始善终。

上课时的主要任务是集中注意力认真听课，积极思考，无需将老师的板书一字不漏地记录下来，更不要只顾记笔记而顾不上听课。可将老师的板书内容简要地记在草稿本上，课后看书将重点内容在书上勾划出来，其实很多概念、规律之类都在书上，当然也可在笔记本上重新整理。教师有时可能会补充一些较重要的内容，这些教师都会特别说明，并且还会留有足够的时间供学生记录，至于老师上课时的分析、归类、抽象、概括、比较、类比等思维过程，则只要上课时努力留下很深的印象，课后在大脑里加以回忆，放一遍“录相”即可。

四 既要理解，也要记忆，还要经常复习

学物理最特殊而又最重要的方法是在理解的基础上记忆。对于物理概念、公式、定律、原理等必须学会一些记忆方法，如比较记忆法、浓缩记忆法、关键记忆法、歌诀记忆法、实验记忆法、形象记忆法等。

每个人都有每个人的学习方法，无非就是好差之分，差的当然要借鉴好的。原来我们班上的第二名效仿我的学习方法，在期末考试的时候竟超了我，考了第一名。之后的日子里，我们两个在合作中竞争，不断进步，成绩不相上下。所以，前进的动力就是要有一颗竞争的心，特别是保持在前几名的同学，像第一名的位置，你可以让给第二名，但绝不能居第三。所以，希望你们班上的第一永远可以保持第一名。

以前的时候，我一般早上是五点半起床的，现在上了初三后一般都在四点半左右起床。当然了，对于你们来说似乎有点早了，不过，这确实也是我学习好的原因之一——并不是靠聪明，而是靠勤奋，勤能补拙，把该做的作业都做了，该背的都背了，这样就可以有更多的时间来由自己支配，我一直保持着“不完成作业被老师训是可怕的，上课被老师叫起来回答不出问题是丢人的”这种心理，我想那些学习差的同学一定不会有这种想法，因为作业没有完不成的，除非你不想完成，所以说那些完不成作业的同学是“心甘情愿”的想被老师训责的，作业是一定要完成的，因为我发现上了初三后，初一那时的作业真的很轻松。初一，只是一个开始，从开始就应该养成按时完成作业的习惯。

我认为初一的精力要花在语数外和生物、地理上，初二最主要的精力应放在语数外物理和地理生物上，也就是说地理生物这两门科和主课比起来就显得同样重要了。我们班上地理生物学的好的同学都是在初一打下基础的。我想作为你们的班主任，滕老师对你们的课程抓的一定很紧。其实，对于一门课并不是非得有多大兴趣才能学好的，我当时并没有对地理和生物怀着多大的热情学习，只是把老师让做的都做了，于是学业水平考试就考了两个A。要考两个A并不难，平日里表现不差，考试正常发挥就够了。

1. 是感性的兴趣

学生产生这种兴趣, 源于学生的生理特点和心理特点。八年级学生年龄大都在13岁左右, 处于长身体长知识时期, 他们的思维能力、好奇心、自尊心、自信心、进取心显著增强, 对具体的、形象的、新鲜的事物有强烈的情感趋向, 有新鲜的情感体验, 有强烈的尝试冲动。物理现象的巨大趣味性, 加上物理实验以其形象、有趣、摸得着、看得见等特点, 正好迎合了学生的强烈好奇心。但是, 学生这种兴趣只是对物理现象的表象感兴趣, 依靠具体的、形象的、新奇的经验作支柱, 而对物理现象的本质没有足够的认识。

2. 是理性的兴趣

少部分学生的兴趣逐渐由有趣的物理现象了解, 发展到进一步探求现象变化的原因, 理解它的实质。当知道一个原因, 其兴趣会追寻将发生的结果;当知道一个结果, 其兴趣又在想知道造成这个结果的原因。总企图想要通过个别事物的因果关系找到和掌握更多事物乃至整个物理世界的一般规律。习惯于事物的因果关系, 进行综合分析的思维活动, 形成这种理性的兴趣。例如上面提到的碘的升华、凝华实验, 学生在学习升华、凝华知识后, 兴趣转移在类似事物变化的因果关系, 以及整个自然界的升华、凝华现象及规律中。又如他们在学习浮力知识之后, 思考人在空气中受不受到浮力, 有浮力人为什么感觉不出来?受浮力的大小又与什么有关?他们会积极探究, 直到得出结果为止。形成这种兴趣的原因, 源于学生的生理和心理特点, 他们的思维能力、自信心、进取心处于半成熟状态, 抽象逻辑思维从经验型向理论型发展。曾有个学生, 在学了压强跟流体流速关系后, 就问:“轻的物体能比重的物体容易飞起来吗?飞起来的物体一定要有翅膀吗?那为什么火箭飞得那么快那么高?”这就是学生对物理的理性思考。但具有这样理性兴趣的只是少数学生。

由此可见, 多数学生处于感性兴趣阶段, 这类学生缺乏毅力和自制力, 学习积极性中断, 感性兴趣就消失了。因此, 教师在培养学生感性兴趣的同时, 即让学生对生动、有趣的物理现象感兴趣的前提下, 进一步让学生发展到分析、概括现象的实质, 抽象出概念, 总结出规律和动手解决实际问题等产生理性兴趣就显得非常关键。
