一、特别积极型

他们往往逢问题必举手。这种现象多出现在低年级段。由于老师的问题也通常比较简单, 很多思维比较活跃、反应比较灵敏的学生能很快回答出老师的问题。而这些学生也往往得到了老师的及时肯定和表扬, 由此形成了良性循环。如在英语课上, 有时问题只是简单到请学生来读同一个单词或句子。就是这些简单的重复性问题, 低年级的孩子也是非常乐意不断参与。

【教师对策】对于这样的学生, 我们是非常喜欢和欢迎的。但要注意教师对他们的评价系统也要常变常新, 不能永远是“很好”或good!要让学生知道虽然回答的是同样的或是类似的问题, 但是我们的表现还是不一样的。如还是上面的例子, 教师可变换不同的评价方法, 如口头词汇上的区别 (good、great、excellent、wonderful、good job…) , 物质上奖励不同的贴纸、印章等, 以免出现学习积极性由于没有收到持续不断的激发而逐渐降低的风险。如:

1.对于一般的回答, 所用的评价语有:good, yes, OK, right, correct, not bad, all right…

2.对于更好的回答, 可以用这样一些评价语:Great!Well done!Nice work!Very good!You are very clever!You are doing fine!You are great!

3.对于表现比较出色的学生可以这样评价:Excellent!Super!Fantastic!Magnificent!Terrific!Remarkable!Awesome!First class!I’m proud of you!You are very gifted!

4.而对于那些还不够好的回答可以用下面的评价来鼓励和表扬:You had a good try!Don’t give up!Think it over, I think you will do it better next time!I believe you can do it!Who can help him/her?You are on the way!Congratulations!

通过把以上类似的评价语言反复不断地使用在恰当的场合, 让学生从听不懂到慢慢理解再到完全明白。当然必要的时候可以用中文解释一下。这样才能真正发挥评价的作用, 激发不同层次学生的参与热情, 有利于学生充分体验语言的多样性, 感受学习的乐趣, 获得不同层次的成功体验。

二、冲动型

这类学生也是比较积极的, 但是他们回答问题时往往是不假思索的。问题没有经过认真思考, 想怎么说就怎么说, 脱口而出。有些甚至问题都没听清就已经抢着在说了。

【教师对策】这样的学生老师是既喜欢又不喜欢。喜欢的是有他们的存在课堂永远不会死气沉沉;不喜欢的是要花时间去在一定程度上抑制他们的这种冲动行为, 同时又不会打消大家回答问题的积极性。教师要乐于从多个角度来评价、观察和接纳学生, 重在寻找和发现学生身上的闪光点, 发现并发展学生的潜能。所以对这类学生的即时点评一定要非常谨慎, 既不能因为他回答的不好或答错了而批评, 也不能任其发展, 降低课堂效率。要委婉地提醒, 告诉他说, 如果你怎样, 可能会更好。宽容对待他们的错误, 给他们提供时间与空间认识错误并改正错误, 他们才能正确地面对自己的错误与不足, 反思自己的学习。

三、矛盾型

这类学生既想表现但对自己又没有足够的自信, 害怕答错、害怕出丑、害怕被别人讥笑, 他们很在意别人对自己的看法和意见, 不想把自己不好的一面展示给众人看, 不希望自己的缺点或不足在公众面前被放大, 但同时他们又很想通过各种努力得到别人的认可, 或者说通过别人正面的评价获得自信, 就处在那种犹豫、纠结、矛盾中, 需要老师和同学不断地给予鼓励。

【教师对策】对这类学生教师也要格外小心。教师应练就一双火眼金睛, 观察他们的眼神、表情和细微动作, 及时发现并鼓励他们来试试, 打消他们的顾虑, 给他们更多表现机会, 并配合及时、积极的肯定, 让他们不断获得成功的体验, 以提升他们的自信心, 从而提高学习积极性。

教育心理学指出, 教师对学生的热情关心和真情期望会激励自己的教育对象, 造成戏剧性的教育后果。而自尊心和自信心是催人奋进的力量, 是人的心理活动中最珍贵的品质。自尊心和自信心的确立对学生的学习兴趣有很大影响, 他们之间几乎成正比关系。俗话说态度决定一切, 在批评和表扬时如果能让学生心服口服, 让他们以正确的心态来面对批评和表扬, 那么将会起到事半功倍的效果。所以在课堂上, 教师应准确把握评价的尺度, 以自然、真诚、恰当、温馨的语言, 及时地、有针对性地评价学生的学习活动。

四、沉默型

这类学生在高年级段中所占比例较大, 他们往往比较被动, 有的是会回答但不愿意回答;有的是的确不会回答;有的是事不关己, 高高挂起……他们的学习积极性比较低。对这部分学生, 如果不能很好地调动他们的学习积极性, 那么势必会影响整个班级的学习状态, 而且会影响到他们后续的学习情况。

【教师对策】教师要先区分他们沉默的具体原因, 然后有针对性地加以干预。如对那些会回答但不愿意回答的学生, 首先要了解原因, 跟他们谈心, 让他们知道仅仅心里知道和能够用语言表达出来还是有一定区别的, 鼓励他们向更高层次追求和发展;对那些的确不会回答的学生, 也首先要了解原因, 然后给予相应的处理办法。如果是学困生, 可以把相当简单的问题留给他们, 不断地鼓励他们参与并及时表扬他们点滴的进步, 让他们感到自己没有被抛弃。而对于那些事不关己高高挂起的学生, 则要不定时地提问他们, 让他们的神经也尽量保持紧张和兴奋, 避免一直那样消极怠工。

课堂40分钟对小学生来讲是个相对漫长的时间段, 加上语言学习的特殊性, 教师不可能要求学生每一分钟都在认真聆听老师的讲解。因此, 教师必须把握时机, 正确把握教学内容, 精心设计每一教学环节, 激发学生的学习积极性, 最大限度地提高课堂教学的有效性。

应聘者应具备的主要销售技能包括了解客户需求的能力、现场推销能力、销售演讲能力、遭遇客户拒绝时的应对能力、销售成交能力等。下面笔者就通过分析与以上能力相对应的四道销售面试问题,来为应聘者提供可参考的应答思路。

1.Sell me this pencil. (考察应聘者了解客户需求的能力和现场推销能力)

应答思路:主考官提这一问题的主要目的是考察应聘者对客户需求的了解能力,同时也考察应聘者的现场推销能力及应变能力。在回答这一问题前,应聘者可以设想主考官是自己的客户,向其询问对欲购买的这支铅笔有哪些具体的需求或要求。然后,根据主考官的具体需求,应聘者可介绍该铅笔的主要特征,并着重强调这些特征会给客户带来哪些益处,以及如何满足客户的具体需求等。

参考回答:This pencil can benefit you by allowing you to easily correct errors, write quick, neat notes, and keep your shirts from getting ruined from leakage (渗漏). It is also the least expensive investment, and it is lightweight as well. Besides, you can have your name embossed (雕饰) on it for promotional purposes.

2.How do you make a sales presentation? (考察应聘者的销售演讲能力)

应答思路:对于这一问题,应聘者可以从销售演讲结构的构思、对听众的了解、PPT的制作以及在实际演讲过程中应该注意的事项(如视线交流、语速、语调等)等方面来组织自己的应答思路。

参考回答:First, I will prepare the structure of my presentation carefully and logically by identifying the objective and main points of the presentation. Then, I will try to find out how much or how little the audience knows about the subject, and what they expect from the talk. After that, I will prepare a well-designed PPT for the talk. Finally, during the presentation I will speak clearly, maintain eye contact with the audience, and try to make the presentation interesting by changing my speaking speed and pitch of voice (音调).

3.What techniques are most successful in handling objections? (考察应聘者应对客户拒绝的能力)
