1.执行概要原平市热力公司将凭借具有现代管理理念的团队和精湛的技术水平为依托，以原平市集中供热为起点，可在全国范围内选择适当城市发展城市集中供热事业。原平市热力公司集中供热现已建成两个供热网--—电厂网（经山西省忻州市发展计划局忻计国环发(2001)287 号文件批准建设）和化二网（经山西省原平市发展计划局原计基字（2002）140 号文件批准建设）。电厂网由山西省太原理工大学建筑设计研究院设计，采用“汽轮机真空运行及废蒸汽回收，循环水集中供热”方案，设计总投资 2800 万元，供热面积 80 万 m2，热网供水温度 70℃，回水温度 55℃；化二网由化学工业部第二设计院设计，利用原平市化工有限责任公司（主要产品为草酸和元明粉）脱氢和成品车间的循环水进行集中供热，设计总投资 1000 万元，供热面积 40 万 m2，热网供水温度 69℃，回水温度 54℃，均采取“大流量、小温差”、24 小时不间断的方式连续供热。截止目前，电厂网已实现集中供热面积 75 万 m2，化二网实现集中供热面积 30 万 m2，另外，我公司对山西原平水泥电杆厂小区、中国人民解放军第 83 预备役师西小区原有的锅炉房进行改造，实施区域供热 6 万 m2。现在的热价是居民 7 元/采暖期·建筑 m2，非居民 13元/采暖期·建筑 m2，综合热价为 10 元/采暖期·建筑 m2。随着城市的发展和市民生活水平的提高，新建建筑以每年 10%的肃清流毒影响获得了辉煌的成就，通过参观学习，认识到了为什么会有腐败案例，知道了要铭记初心，不断的提高自我素质Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters les than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 20 mm or less shall not be greater than 6%.
