一份历史试卷的质量如何不仅对学生来说是很重要的, 对教师来说也是意义重大的。而当下历史试卷的资源是很多, 但良莠不齐, 该如何判断评价呢?下面笔者结合多年的中学历史教学的实践, 以南京市白下区2011-2012年上学期初三历史期末试卷 (以下简称白下区试卷) 为例, 谈一谈自己对试卷评价标准的一些认识。
一、试卷评价的非学科性标准
1. 信度。
也叫测试的可靠性, 指的是测试结果是否稳定可靠。也就是说, 测试的成绩是不是反映了受试者的实际水平。例如, 如果同一套测试在对同一测试对象进行的数次测试中, 受试者的名次排列忽高忽低的话, 则说明该测试缺乏信度。以白下区试卷为例, 我将这一试卷在期末考试之后又找个时间给学生测试了一下, 以我班学生的成绩反馈来说, 第一次的平均分是51.2分, 第二次是54.6分, 因为已经做过一次, 第二次的均分高是很正常的, 而每个学生在两次测试中的排名次序是基本不变的, 这就说明这份试卷的信度是较高的。
2. 效度。
亦称测试的有效性, 指一套试卷对应该测试的内容所测的程度, 也就是说, 一套试卷是否达到了它预定的目的及是否测量了它要测量的内容。以白下区试卷为例, 试卷测试范围是世界史的上下册, 一共共考了33个考点, 覆盖率达到100%。
3. 难度。
难度系数反映试题的难易程度, 即考生在一个试题或一份试卷中的失分程度。如满150分的试题, 考生平均得分108分, 平均失分42分, 则难度系数为42/150=0.28。难度越接近1表示越简单, 越远离1表明试卷越难。白下试卷的难度是0.862, 对于一个考查学科而言是达标的。
4. 区分度。
区分度是区分和鉴别学生能力和学生掌握所学知识差异程度的重要指标。它标志着一份试题能否将学生的成绩拉开距离, 真正从分数上将学生的学习情况区分开来。区分度高的考试, 优秀、一般、差三个层次的学生都有一定比例, 如果某一分数区间学生相对集中, 高分太多或不及格太多的考试, 区分度就低。一般而言区分度在0.20.4是合格的, 而0.4以上是优秀的, 而对于一般的期末考试而言, 试题的平均区分度以0.25为宜。白下试卷的主观题的平均区分度是0.49, 加上客观题试卷的整体的平均区分度是0.26, 都是几乎达到了要求的最佳值, 应该说出的是很成功的。
总体说来, 试卷的难度、区分度、覆盖度。信度和效度之间交互作用构成整体试卷的检验指标。它们之间的关系错综复杂, 我们不能孤立地根据某个指标来评判试卷的质量。而应该根据考试的目的, 在选用估计方法上也应该将试卷的信度、效度及其难度的估计方法统一考虑。总之, 一份好的试卷应该有较宽的覆盖度、中等难度、一定的区分度、较高的信度和效度。作为考查初三学生的期末试卷, 白下区试卷都是符合试卷评价的非学科性标准要求的。
二、试卷评价的主观标准
试卷的评价除了有考后分析的客观标准之外, 还应注意试题评价的主观标准。以历史学科为例, 历史试题在主观上一定要符合学科的指导思想, 即有利于全面贯彻教育方针, 推进素质教育;有利于提高历史课堂教学质量和深化历史教育改革;有利于减轻学生过重的课业负担和稳定教学秩序;有利于培养学生良好的品德和健全的人格, 有利于培养学生探究学习的能力;充分体现历史课程的综合性和独特的情感教育功能, 为学生进一步接受高一级的学校教育打下基础。
1. 基础性原则注重基础知识, 基本技能的考查。
初中阶段历史学科是考查学科, 主要的目的是让学生学好历史的基础知识, 为进入高中学习打下扎实的基础。在新课改之后, 初高中历史有了明确的分工, 初中主要是以通史为主线的历史学习, 高中主要是以专题为主线的模块学习, 学生如果不能在初中阶段打下扎实的通史基础, 进入高中学习就将举步维艰, 因为高中不会再专门给学生讲授通史知识, 所以中考历史学科的考查难度为7∶2∶1, 基础分占了70%。

2. 能力性原则注重考查学生分析阅读史料的能力。
初中阶段历史学科除了要夯实基础之外, 还要注意学生的能力考查, 高中的学习主要就是能力考查, 如果初中部分不能与之衔接, 将会对学生进入高中学习造成很大的不适应, 所以中考历史学科除了70%的基础分, 另外的30%就是能力考查。新课改下历史学科主要体现的是“论从史出”的能力要求, 就是要求学生通过分析所给的史料, 提取其中的有效信息, 最终得出历史结论。
【例3】 (白下区试卷) “英国到处都建立起大工厂。庞大的厂房, 发出隆隆的轰鸣, 打破了原来中世纪田园生活的恬静, 历史已经跨入了一个新的时代”。这里“新的时代”是指 ( )

3. 社会性原则注重联系社会实际, 贴近学生的生活。
20世纪以来, 越来越多的历史学家认为, 历史不仅应重视政治史, 还应该把视野扩展到人类活动的全部, 尤其是人类的社会生活领域, 主张把“人类社会的日常生活细节与重大历史事件联系起来考查, 通过社会生活的演变来加深对历史发展过程的理解, 丰富人们的历史意识”。在中学历史学习阶段也应更多地渗透社会史观的理念, 将历史学习与学生的日常生活相联系, 使学生“通史识今”、“学以致用”, 用历史的眼光审视现实, 在历史与现实之间架起坚实的桥梁, 从历史这面镜子中获得深刻的领悟。

4. 人文性原则彰显人文性质, 注重考查情感、态度和价值观。
2011年的初中历史课标要求:“学生通过历史课程的学习, 逐步确立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观, 提高综合素质, 得到全面发展”。因此我们在历史学习及评价中要注重考查学生通过对历史的学习和感悟, 强化学生初步树立对国家、民族的历史责任感和使命感, 从而培养学生的爱国主义情感、良好的品德和健全的人格。

5. 创新性原则注重实体的原创性和情境性。

众所周知,写作作为一项基本的语言技能,不但是传播知识、交流思想的重要工具,而且是检验和巩固已学知识的有效途径,是提高阅读能力和欣赏水平的催化剂。我们通常所指的书面表达—写作,就是一个锤炼、再创造的过程,是综合能力的体现,相对于听、说是一个更高的层次。
一、初三英语写作现状
《义务教育英语课程标准》要求九年级学生必须达到五级标准,当前,初中学生的写作能力令人担忧,历年中考英语写作是大多数学生在英语考试中最薄弱的一环。许多同学花了大量的时间和精力,却很难在这一项上有所突破,这让学生感到学习英语写作情绪低落,教师面对英语写作教学,感觉到如同 “鸡肋”,食之无味,弃之可惜,既不能放弃写作教学,又不能有效提高英语写作教学效率。
二、写作障碍分析
对于学生写作中存在的各种障碍,笔者进行了深入分析。
第一种障碍是词汇障碍。词汇是英语作文中的一道难关,由于学生单词、词组掌握得不好,在写作过程中不能正确应用,因此,误用、错用词组阻碍了信息的传递,影响了思想的表达。
第二种障碍是思维障碍。确切地讲是中式思维障碍,中式英语称之为 Chinglish。这种中式英语现象在英语初学者中屡见不鲜,它是受汉语影响产生的,与地道的英语大相径庭,给英语初学者造成种种错觉,往往按照汉语作文的方式去构思、选词造句,是英语作文应试者中又一道“难以逾越”的障碍。
第三种障碍称之为综合障碍。在作文中所犯的错误大多是学生知识范围之内的和在听、读过程中完全能领悟的,可以归纳为“低级错误”,如单词拼写错误、第三人称单数形式错误、时态错误、搭配错误等。
三、突破写作障碍的策略
英语写作就是要用英语的表达习惯来描写人物、叙述事件和阐明观点。因此,应牢牢把握“活学活用句型”这一理念。为了突破存在的各种写作障碍,在日常教学中,笔者常常引导学生精读课文、博览勤思、背诵佳作、多写勤讲,效果颇佳。
1.精读课文 变换句式。有研究表明,句型学习能有效促进学生英语写作水平的提高。在写作教学中,将句型训练与语法教学巧妙结合,互为渗透,用所用过的句型来掌握新的单词,用“旧瓶装新酒”达到“学以致用”的目的,比如同一句子含义,在课堂上常常让学生做句型转换,要求学生使用不同方法表达,即变换句子结构,长期的操练,潜移默化,学生的语法复习得到了巩固,而写作教学也与其相得益彰。

Example 1:He was too tired to go on walking.Because of his tiredness,he couldnt go onwalking.Because he was tired,he couldnt go on walk-ing.
Example 2:He cant afford to buy a car.He is too poor to buy a car.He doesnt have enough money to buy a car.
以这种英文解释英文的方式来更好地活用常用句型熟练掌握各种句型,并引导学生在写作中灵活套用各种句型如主动句、被动句、it 形式主语从句、原因状语从句等。
2.博览勤思 融会贯通。除了“精读”,笔者还要求学生“博览”,并达到融会贯通的境界。事实上,写与听、说、读等语言技能有着极为密切的关系,它们相辅相成,不可分割。在平时教学中,笔者经常选取范文让学生阅读,然后让学生分小组讨论文章“好”在哪里,让学生读有所获,勤于思考。
3.背诵佳作 取长补短。在教学中,笔者把背诵列为一项重要的课后作业,不仅背诵课文、背诵重点段落,抽查抽考,默写,还要求积累佳句,背诵其他同学的锦句、范文,“取他山之石”,“博采”众长,不断地熏陶,同步培养英语语感,形成英语思维。经过长期坚持背诵,学生扩大了“库存量”,学会了模仿,学会了恰到好处地运用“良言锦句”,不仅作文水平提高了,而且口语水平也上了一个台阶。例如写“环保”主题的作文,很多学生都能将所背句子巧妙地运用其中。
4.科学讲评 实效训练。熟能生巧,除了多读多背,还要求学生多写勤练,每周定期训练一篇限时作文,引导学生归纳、记忆作文模块,有计划地尝试各种文体,如请假条、电子邮件、日记、通知、信件等,并及时批改。比如,在学习写感谢信的课堂教学中,让学生分组讨论感谢信的格式、词汇、句型并共同写出一篇感谢信。教师只需从每个组收一篇感谢信并加以讲评,然后学生再在各自的组中讨论教师的讲评,并共同修改他们的文章。
四、结语
作为英语教师,不是尽量将自己的知识传授给学生, 而是搭建平台让学生主动去学, 让他们的潜力得到充分的挖掘。写作教学应融入到英语教学的整个过程中,要“下笔如有神”,就少不了“读书、背诵破万卷”,写作应与听、读、记、思各方面相结合。当然,写作能力的培养是一个循序渐进、日积月累的过程,在平时的教学中,就要有针对性地夯实学生的语言基础,注重科学指导、实效训练,提高写作教学的有效性。
