巧妙提取英文词汇表的纯英文单词 第4篇
第1步:删除词性
在正式处理之前,我们首先需要删除词汇表中的词性信息,在Word打开英文词汇表,也可以将英文词汇表全选之后复制到Word窗口,按下“Ctrl+H”组合键,打开替换对话框,将查找内容依次设置为n.、adj.、adv.、vt.,替换为空,这样可以删除其中的词性内容,或者也可以替换为“空格+词性”的形式。

在2015年2月12日之前, 河北保定市徐水县是没有属于自己的公交车的, 满大街随处可见的便是形态各异的三轮车, 造成交通阻塞不说, 还存在严重的安全隐患, 为此, 徐水县政府和保定交通运输集团有限公司 (以下简称“保运集团”) 合作, 要给徐水县开通公交车。
于是, 他们组建了徐水县公共交通有限公司, 开启了徐水县的公交之旅。
小县城也有了自己的公交车
没有公交车之前, 徐水县的老百姓出行靠什么?“在公交车开通之前, 我们出门一般都是骑自行车、电动车或者坐三轮车。有时候一着急就打个三轮车, 虽然有一点小方便, 但三轮车闯红灯特别严重, 也不按常规路线来行驶, 经常横穿马路, 这样太危险了, 而且三轮车是漫天要价, 没有价格监管, 像我们平常从这边坐车到那边坐三轮车的价格在8-10元之间。现在有了公交车, 一趟来回才两元钱, 既方便又实惠。”一位乘客告诉记者。
据了解, 近年来, 徐水县经济发展迅速, 城市建设日新月异, 在公交车开通之前, 市民出行以个体交通为主, 出行不便等问题日益突出, 市民也非常期待公共交通服务的改善。
早在2013年底, 徐水县政府组织召开了治理县城三轮车和开通公交车的专题会议, 会议明确让保运集团四公司介入徐水公交开通的筹备工作。2014年3月10日, 徐水县公共交通有限公司正式获批成立, 取得了徐水公交经营资质。
“公司成立以后, 我们就积极与徐水县相关部门就公交开通项目进行研讨和可行性测算。”徐水县公共交通有限公司总经理田杰 (保运集团四分公司经理) 向记者介绍, “我们还与县交通运管负责人前往唐县七公司、定州三公司、任丘市学习他们的先进经验, 并制定了《徐水县城区开通公交项目规划》, 向县政府和相关部门进行了上报。”
准备工作一直在进行着, 但徐水县仍旧没有下定决心什么时候开通这批公交线路。直到2014年12月底, 徐水县政府组织相关部门召开专题会议, 要求农历春节之前要开通第一批公交车。
时间紧, 任务急, 难度大。各相关单位积极展开了行动:徐水县公共交通有限公司选车购车, 政府解决公交充电站用地问题和建设基础设施建设工作, 其他职能单位协助实施相关前期准备工作。
“为了防止一些不稳定风险, 县交通运管和公安执法等部门分别对现有农村班线车、出租车和三轮车业主开展座谈, 还找个别代表谈话, 以保障公交车的顺利开通。”田杰介绍。
经过相关单位紧锣密鼓地开展各项准备工作, 2015年2月12日早上6点30分, 徐水公交充电站30台纯电动公交车缓缓驶出, 徐水县的公交车正式上线运营, 徐水县的老百姓终于可以乘坐公交车出行了。
纯电动公交布局城乡一体化
徐水县第一批上线运营的30辆公交车全是来自宇通的E7纯电动公交车。对于保运集团来说, 这是在县里首次开通公交车就在新能源汽车上下的大手笔。
保运集团副总经理王冀向记者介绍, “根据我们保运集团宏观战略规划, 为了落实十八大精神, 我们决定在徐水县城发展城市公交, 通过县城发展城市公交之后, 向城乡一体化逐步扩展, 通过扩展, 真正实现让城乡居民享受同等的公共交通服务。同时, 借助国家发展新能源汽车的战略, 我们保运集团在徐水公交进行了新能源公交使用的一种尝试, 也是在县城低成本发展城市公交的有益探索。从目前的情况来看, 已经取得了初步成功, 以后可以将这种模式逐渐向其他县和市来进行推广”。
“其实, 我们最早定的车型是5米多长的油气混合车型, 当时考虑的是县城比较小、街道比较窄, 此外油气混合还能拿补贴。”田杰说, “后来为什么又变成纯电动车了呢?我们去过苏州、北京等地考察, 了解到纯电动公交是节能环保的大势所趋, 虽是新事物, 但值得尝试。尤其是当前雾霾天气频繁出现, 为了倡导绿色环保公交出行, 所以县政府和保运集团达成一致, 要使用纯电动公交车, 而且纯电动公交还享受政府补贴, 能降低企业投入成本。”
“所以, 最后, 我们在众多产品中, 经过仔细比较, 选中了宇通的E7纯电动公交车, 一买便是30辆, 作为徐水县第一批正式运营的公交车。该款纯电动公交车正好适合徐水县道路环境, 续驶里程在120~140公里, 能满足我们正常的调度运营要求, 达到了我们的预期要求。”田杰说, “从今年2月12日开始投入运营, 运营两个多月, 我们进行了电耗统计, 车辆平均电耗0.37度/Km, 我们的平均电价是0.61元/度, 折合运营成本就是0.23元/公里, 相较传统同类车型, 成本节约率可达到60%~80%。”
据了解, 今年5月, 他们还将投入40辆宇通E8纯电动公交车, 继续完善徐水县的公交布局。
纯电动公交运行曲
从今年2月12日开通到现在, 徐水的纯电动公交已经运行两个多月了, 在这过程中, 田杰说实现了“四赢”:“老百姓非常欢迎 (因为原来没公交车, 出门就是坐三轮车, 得花上五六块钱, 现在的公交只要一块钱, 而且还安全, 所以老百姓是真真切切得到实惠了) , 政府为民办实事, 厂家打开市场, 我们公司成功切入公交市场 (原先做的是公路班车客运) 。”
根据记者的随车调查, 当天早上6点发车, 到晚上7点收车, 从100%电量跑到还剩29%的电量回到充电站, 电动公交车的续航里程为160.2公里。据司机介绍, 这基本上和平常差不多。
如此看来, 这纯电动车的使用效果还不错。那么他们的运营成本如何呢?
田杰介绍, 当地是实行差价用电政策, 晚上10点到第二天凌晨4点是波谷电, 也是当天电价最低的时候, 他们一般就利用这个时间段给公交车充电。
目前, 他们的充电站有一个1400千瓦的变压器, 第一期建了15个充电桩, 每个充电桩是60千瓦, 一个充电桩可以满足两辆车进行充电, 这便是名副其实的单桩双枪了。
“随着第二期40辆宇通E8纯电动公交车的投入, 我们还需要陆续增加一部分充电桩, 当然, 目前的这个变压器基本上就能满足。”田杰说, “为了保证我们的电场24小时有电, 我们还设计了双回路电源, 这条线断电了, 还有另外一条线可以供电, 双重保险!”
在充电站, 徐水县公共交通有限公司配备了专门的电工和充电员。晚上10点, 他们就开始忙碌了:用钥匙打开纯电动公交车的车尾充电口, 掀开里面的安全盖, 拿出充电桩上的充电枪进行插枪, 然后开启充电桩, 并在操作页面上进行相关设置。其中一位充电员向记者介绍:“根据剩余电量不等, 充电时间在一个半小时至两个小时之间, 然后可以从A枪自动跳到B枪进行充电, 非常方便。”
“每辆车每天充多少电跑多少公里, 都有详细记录, 一个月下来我们还做成统计表, 可以根据报表里的数据来对驾驶员进行技术培训, 还制定一个‘超罚节奖’。”田杰说。
运营这么长时间以来, 有没有出现过一次趴窝的情况呢?“不能有趴窝的情况出现, 这是第一位的。如果让老百姓一说起来公交车趴下了, 那么公交公司就会失去公信力, 所以这个情况绝对不能发生。”田杰说。
其实, 徐水县的纯电动公交车才刚启程, 未来还有很多未知, 但田杰他们有信心将这一新生事物实践下去, 并努力将其做好。
