1 分类号:U27;U46 10710-2010222004 专业硕士学位论文 纯电动汽车动力系统参数匹配及性能研究 孙家永 导师姓名职称 马 建 教授 申请学位级别 硕士 专业学位类别 及领域名称 车辆工程 论文提交日期 2012 年 5 月 21 日 论文答辩日期 2012 年 6 月 8 日 学位授予单位 长安大学 3 Power System Parameter Matching and Vehicle Performance Research of Electric Vehicle A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Sun Jiayong Supervisor:Prof. Ma Jian Chang‟an University, Xi‟an, China 5 I 摘 要 随着能源的日益紧缺和环境污染的加重,传统汽车工业面临着巨大的挑战,各种新能源汽车成为研究的热点,电动汽车成为今后汽车工业发展的主要研究方向之一。纯电动汽车以车载储能装置为动力源,以电动机驱动车辆行驶。由于其不消耗石油,且不产生排放污染,可以避开石油紧缺和环境污染的双重危机,因此有着广阔的应用前景。 本文依托陕西省“纯电动汽车试验车研究”重点科技项目,基于“LS6600C1”中型柴油客车平台改装纯电动试验车。分析了电动汽车的结构特点,并根据整车性能要求提出了合适的动力系统布置形式,对动力系统进行参数匹配,并对整车结构参数、传动系统参数、电动机参数、电池组容量参数等进行了匹配设计。 利用基于 MATLAB 平台的电动汽车仿真软件 ADVISOR 建立了电动汽车动力系统及整车的仿真模型。主要针对 ADVISOR 无法进行后驱汽车仿真的不足,通过对ADVISOR 中车辆模块、车轮/车轴模块的详细分析,在建立后驱汽车动力学模型的基础上,实现了后驱汽车仿真模型的建立。对纯电动汽车的车身模型、电机模型、电池模型、传动系统模型进行了分析研究。利用 VC++建立人机交互仿真界面,联合电动汽车模型对车辆进行了最高车速、加速能力、爬坡性能和续驶里程等指标的仿真研究。仿真结果表明,车辆的续驶里程、最高车速、加速性能和爬坡性能等动力性能基本满足设计提出的性能指标要求。 论文最后对电动汽车的整车性能进行了实车道路试验。通过试验验证了仿真模型的合理性、实用性以及仿真结果的可靠性,并进一步验证了纯电动试验车整车匹配方案的合理性。为今后电动汽车的设计提供了一定的参考价值和指导意义。 关键词: 纯电动汽车,动力系统,参数匹配,建模仿真,整车性能 II Abstract As the short of energy and the pollution of environment, traditional automobile industries are faced with great challenge. Various new energy vehicles are studied and electric vehicle is regard as one of the important research directions. Electric vehicle which is composed of energy store equipment uses the motor to drive the vehicle. It could avoid oil shortages and environmental pollution, so EV has long term potential for future main streams. Supported by Shaanxi key scientific project „The Study of Pure Electric Test Vehicle‟ and based on LS6600C1 medium-sized passenger vehicle, design the pure electric test vehicle. This paper introduces the character of the electric vehicle, and discusses several kinds of configuration of electric vehicle. According to the demand of the performance, the parameters of power system include transmission, motor, batteries are matched. The electric motor model, driving battery model, vehicle model and other components model in driving train are built based on the ADVISOR software which is based on MATLAB.
