2、中检：指少数(特殊的)货物，于HKG中转时必经检验，检验合格取得“中检证”方可续运。如进口至广东省各港的废金属、废电器于HKG需中检，且需提供国家的环保批文。为便于记忆，可将“中检”的“中”理解于“中转”(于HKG)

公路零担货物运输的主要特点是一票托运量小,托运批次多,托运时间和到站分散,一辆货车所装货物往往由多个托运人的货物汇集而成并由几个收货人接货。公路零担货物运输的组织形式主要有两种，一种是零担货运班车，它又有两种基本形式:普通零担货运班车和快件零担货运班车，对于大多零担物流企业而言，两种形式均兼而有之;另一种是不定期的零担货运班车。
公路零担物流的流程基本上是:营业网点收货中心库区集中、分拣专线方向配货装车专线运输到达各中转站(网络点)进一步分拣保管货物或二次运输客户取货或上门送货。(如：厦门秋辉运输有限公司的作业流程)
城际物流班车顾名思义就是从始发城市一站直达目标城市的物流运营模式，以“定点、定线、定车次、定时、定价” 的“五定班列”服务为核心，实现站到站、门到门的公路快运，有效提升了运行效率。

随着我国经济的不断发展和综合实力的增强，我国的国际地位逐渐提升，与其他国家的贸易联系也日趋紧密。在具体的对外贸易过程中，如何正确的选择和应用国际贸易术语显得格外重要，它是促成买卖双方交易达成，提高贸易效率，避免日后纠纷的关键因素。
1 国际贸易术语的含义及特点分析
1.1 国际贸易术语的基本含义
国际贸易术语也被称为价格条件，是用缩写字母来说明商品的价格构成及买卖双方在责任、费用和风险上的划分。
1.2 国际贸易术语的特点分析
首先，它出自国际贸易惯例，为较多国家的法律界和工商界所熟悉和接受，具有广泛的国际通用性。其次，它仅用三个简单的英文字母来囊括交货地点、风险承担、手续办理、单据交接、费用支付等较为复杂的含义，具有高度的概括性。除此之外，它还具有规范性、开放性、科学性等特点。
2 国际贸易术语的应用策略探究
2.1 国际贸易术语的发展变化和分类
为了能够适应当前国际贸易的发展，国际商会于2010年9月重新修订了《国际贸易术语解释通则》，国际贸易术语的总数从13个减少到了11个，DES、DAF、DEQ、DDU这四个术语被取消，并增添了两个新的术语，DAT和DAP。实质上是将DES、DAF和DDU这三个术语合并为DAP这一个术语，另用DAT代替DEQ，并且将DAT所适用的运输方式由水上扩展到一切运输方式。《2010通则》中的11个国际贸易术语可以分为两大类：其一是任何运输方式都能够适用的术语，包含了EXW、FCA、CPT、CIP、DDP、DAT和DAP;其二是仅在水上运输方式中使用的术语，包含了FAS、FOB、CFR和CIF。
2.2 国际贸易术语的实际应用探究
第一，国际贸易术语的选用应与运输方式相结合。
从目前外贸企业的长期使用习惯来看，最常用的就是FOB、CFR和CIF，这三种术语作为核心术语在内河和海洋运输方式中得以有效运用。但如今，国际物流行业突飞猛进，交通运输方式不断发生变化，集装箱运输、国际多式联运等现代化的运输手段越来越普遍。这就要求外贸企业在签订贸易合同时不再拘泥于传统，而是根据实际需要选择与运输方式更为契合的术语，将FCA、CPT、CIP这类术语的使用范围扩大化，并逐步接受和启用DAT、DAP等术语。
例如，在国际多式联运的运输方式下，如果用FOB、CFR、CIF来替代FCA、CPT、CIP加以应用，将会造成出口方因在贸易合同和运输合同下承担的交货义务不一致而遭受额外的损失。在货物交付承运人接管后，出口方对货物的实际掌控权丧失了，出口方完成了运输合同下的义务但没有完成贸易合同下的义务。所以，贸易术语的选用应该让贸易合同保持前后一致，避免出现货物交付和价格条件相矛盾的情况。
第二，应从规避贸易风险的角度谨慎选用国际贸易术语。
在进行大宗货物的进口贸易时，如果是采用租船的方式，就应该尽量选用FOB等由买方负责租船订舱的术语。通过我方自行的租船，充分考察船方的信誉，避免卖方和船方的恶意勾结，在象征性交货的情况下，以伪造的提单来骗取货款，使我方蒙受付了款却收不到货的风险。
在签订出口合同时，应尽量选择CIF、CFR等由卖方联系租船业务的术语，而对FOB等由买方联系租船业务的术语进行避免，从而最大限度地规避收汇风险。因为，在FOB条件下，我方必须把货物装至买方指派的船舶上。如果买方在签订合同后，因国际市场货物价格下跌等原因不愿履行付款收货的义务，可能会故意不派船或者延迟派船，这就让我方的货物不能按时装船，从而无法获得提单等相关单据，也就无法向银行交单结汇。同时，货物搁置在港口，必然产生额外的仓储和保管费用，货物还有可能遭遇意外事故而灭失或损坏，这无疑是对我方非常不利的。另外，贸易诈骗事件也是我方在对外贸易中需要重视和防范的。少数不良买家可能不按照正常程序向银行付款赎单，而是与承运人相勾结，在无单的情况下自行提货，然后宣告破产或者逃逸，造成我方财货两空的局面。
第三，在选用国际贸易术语时应考虑贸易港口的装卸条件和习惯。
在贸易实践中，应该在确定具体的术语之前对贸易港口的实际装卸条件和港口的习惯做法进行充分调查。对买方而言，在涉及装卸条件比较差、装卸费用相对较高，或者在习惯上需要买方承担装船费用、卖方承担卸货费用的港口时，要力争选取贸易术语FOB Stowed、FOB Trimmed或者FOBST。对卖方而言，在开展出口贸易时候要选择贸易术语CIF Ex Ships Hold或者CFR Ex Ships Hold。
《2010通则》取消了船舷的概念，风险转移点改为货物自装运港装上船，即卖方承担货物装上船为止的一切风险，买方承担货物装上船后的一切风险。按照这种解释，当货物在装船时因吊钩不牢等原因跌落码头或者落入海中，损失都是由卖方进行承担。所以，在术语FOB条件下，卖方在指定交货的地点将货物交与承运人保管，其风险仍然存在。在如果签订了基于FOB术语成交的贸易合同，卖方对装运期和装运港要慎重规定，对船舶的运营情况和港口配套设施的运转能力要仔细考量。在与承运人订约之后，双方要加强联系，密切配合，从而保证船货的有效衔接，顺利完成卖方的风险转移。
第四，灵活选用贸易术语以增加我国的外汇收入。
从宏观层面来分析，为了促进我国对外运输事业和保险行业的发展，增加在货运和保险上的外汇收入，出口企业首选术语CIF，在本国办理运输和保险，在对外贸易中获取利润的同时，在运费和保险费上也获得一定利润。其次，可选用贸易术语CFR。最后，再考虑贸易术语FOB。反之，如果是进口企业，则应该以FOB、CFR、CIF的顺序来选择。
但是，如果在出口业务中，国外买方为了在运价和保险费上得到优惠，要求使用贸易术语FOB，自行租船订舱和投买保险，或者有些国家为了扶持自身保险事业的发展，规定其进口贸易必须在当地投保，不能使用CIF，在此背景下，我国作为卖方也可酌情同意，以促成贸易的达成，避免谈判破裂。
第五，对国际贸易术语的选用应明确其版本。
在国际上，定义贸易术语的版本不尽相同，实际参照和应用情况还没有得到有效的统一。《1941年美国对外贸易修订本》和《国际贸易术语解释通则》对术语FOB的解释有很大出入，《2010通则》较《2000通则》在贸易术语数量、分类、风险界限和内外贸适应性等方面都有所变化。
因为国际贸易惯例本身并不同于国际法，只是得到经常遵守的惯常做法，它对贸易当事人没有强制力和约束性，贸易双方可以明确适用或者排除。国际贸易惯例在适用的时间效力上也不存在“新法取代旧法”的说法。所以，在实际操作过程中，贸易术语的混用、误用现象仍然存在。这就需要贸易伙伴在交易磋商和订立合同时对贸易术语的适用版本进行说明和讨论，以达成一致意见，不给日后的履约留下隐患。
3 结 语
总而言之，在国际贸易中，买卖双方应该根据实际交易情况、结合贸易合同的其他条款，对贸易术语进行正确的选择。外贸从业人员应努力提升自身的专业水平，丰富自己的实践经验，通过对贸易术语的灵活应用，帮助企业获取更大的贸易价值。
